SIZZLE INTO SUMMER FAT LOSS CHALLENGE

How It Works:

What: 

A 12 week challenge that will focus on losing the fat the right way! No crazy diet, no crazy restrictions. We will focus on building and maintaining lean muscle, shredding the fat to get you summer bod ready!


When: 

Monday, February 24th - May 17th


How: 

Challenge members will receive:

  • A Full set of Macros (Calorie, Protein, Fat & Carb goals along with Maintenance Macros)

  • Sample meal plan each month.

  • New Macro friendly recipes each week. 

  • Exclusive access to a private facebook group for community support and encouragement. 

  • Weekly one on one accountability check-ins via email with one of our coaches. 

  • A monthly Workout plan with at-home friendly workouts to keep you moving (*minimal equipment req) 

  • Unlimited help and support from your coaches via email & FB messenger.

  • Bonus material and resources along the way.  


The focus of this challenge is to sizzle away some of the fat, build lean confident bodies all while building a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
